Filter your Facebook News Feed
You might already know that the Facebook’s news stream has two major filters – Top News and Most Recent. What you might not know is that, you can filter the news feed by Photos, Status updates, links or even pages! This is a real useful tip, specially if you have a lots of friends and/or if you have liked lot of Facebook pages.
So, how to filter the Facebook news feed by Photos, status updates or pages?
That’s really simple. Look for the down arrow next to “Most Recent” button on top right of the screen. Just click on that and you will be able to filter out the messy feed as you like.
For some silly reason, Facebook does not have an option to filter out all the videos in the news feed. Personally, I love to watch most of the videos shared by my friends and I always have a hard time searching for them amongst my cluttered news feed. Come on Mark, don’t be mean. Provide us, the video maniacs, an option to filter out the videos.
