Questions was at first rolled out to 2-3 million users. It has nothing to do with ip addresses. It will soon be rolled out to all users. It's still in Beta testing. I hope this was helpful. However, I still have not received the change that took place for everyone else. Mine still states, "what's on your mind". I see my other fb friends homepage has changed, but not mine? Is it because my daughter and grandson who uses my computer both have fb accounts (I know my duaghter's page has changed, not sure about the grandsons), and we use the same IP ADDRESS?? thanks I would like to be able to use the ? function.
