Twitter Security
Hello everyone,
My name is Carlos Andrade and the site owner is a great friend of mine, so we’ll talk about securing your Twitter account – because of all the recent news surrounding Twitter, its best to stay safe right? If you don’t know what I’m talking about, then you should check out the Tech crunch post on a hacker releasing important documents.
Which is bad because if you have a Twitter account, all your information can be leaked to the public if you’re not careful. So, how do we stay safe? Well, its all about choosing a right email – which means – only you know about or your friends – so that your information never gets breached. Also, I’d recommend using hard passwords such as: jsjsjsj$$%@@09!! a combination of numbers, symbols, and letters usually produce the best results – because that means your password is uncrackable by hackers – and also; running behind a firewall is the best way.
If you’re using Windows vista – then I’d recommend going to start > control panel > search firewall > block inbound connections. Once you set the firewall up, you’re safe, and also; go to start > control panel > search remote access > uncheck the box > because allowing the remote access to be opened – allows hackers to break in.
It’s all about keeping your computer safe – because that allows you to keep your Twitter account safe as well.
